Smile designIn a nutshell, composite bonding is where a resin material (the same material used for white fillings on back teeth) is applied to teeth to repair them or change their shape in some way. It can also be used to change their color. This is a non-invasive treatment, meaning teeth are not damaged during the process.
When this material is used to cover the whole of the front surface of a tooth, it is commonly termed a composite veneer.
